Important Notice for Iowa Policy Holders

Employees who have a policy through PepsiCo’s Auto and Home Program and have a loss to report resulting from the recent floods are encouraged to call 1-800-504-1858 as soon as possible. You will be prompted to select 1 for Liberty Mutual, 2 for Travelers, or 3 for MetLife. Once you’ve made your selection, you will be connected to the carriers’ customer service/claims area. Alternatively, you can contact your carrier directly at the numbers shown below. You can also obtain claims information online. Carriers’ representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to answer your questions and concerns or to help you with the claims process.

For customers who have lost personal documentation as a result of flooding, MetLife Auto & Home is providing access to a personal advocate to replace these documents, along with assistance in re-establishing relationships with financial institutions. Special note for Travelers Policyholders: Travelers has established an onsite mobile catastrophe center to assist policyholders who experienced a loss resulting from the floods. The address and hours of operation for the Cedar Rapid mobile claims center is:

Travelers Mobile Claims Headquarters – Cedar Rapids location
500 1st Avenue NE
Cedar Rapids, IA 52401

Onsite Travelers Claim Representatives
Daily Hours: 8:00 - 6:00 pm

Special Note on Homeowners Policies:
Insurance companies do not underwrite flood insurance. The National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) is the primary way to protect your property from the devastation of a flood. If you have flood insurance though NFIP, it will be easier to file an insurance claim if you have a complete inventory of your property, including serial numbers, photographs or videotapes.  Click here to access a PDF copy of the FEMA brochure that outlines the steps you need to take to file a claim.
